InspectMe Lite License Agreement

Grant of License: DivinityCodes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InspectMe Lite solely for personal or educational purposes, without charge.
Ownership: DivinityCodes retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in InspectMe Lite. The software is licensed, not sold.
Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on InspectMe Lite.
Disclaimer of Warranties: InspectMe Lite is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. All express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability: DivinityCodes will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use of InspectMe Lite, regardless of the cause of action.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
General: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of InspectMe Lite and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral.

Grant of License: DivinityCodes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InspectMe Pro in a commercial environment, subject to the payment of applicable fees and adherence to the terms of this Agreement.
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to InspectMe Pro, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by DivinityCodes. The software is licensed, not sold.
Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of InspectMe Pro, except as permitted by applicable law without limitation.
Disclaimer of Warranties: InspectMe Pro is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. DivinityCodes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall DivinityCodes be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use InspectMe Pro, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination: This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate immediately without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement.
General: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of InspectMe Pro and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral.
